This amazingly unique 35 inch naturally twisted Maple cane is a Bill Libby original. Naturally grown-in vine grooves make the look of this cane amazing! Bill used his carving and woodworking skills to fashion a beautiful matching handle that is securely attached to the natural "Y" formed by the base stick. This cane's height is probably best for a person between 5'9 and 6 feet tall. As with any wooden cane, however, this cane can be sawed off to make it shorter.
This cane comes from Ojibwe country in Northern Minnesota. Bill Libby is a White Earth Nation tribal elder. Bill respectfully harvests, carves and finishes each of his one-of-kind canes and walking sticks. This cane is protected with a gloss polyurethane finish. Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
