This Beautifully hand beaded and quilled vintage Hair Stick Barrette was crafted by a Pine Point tribal artisan Heather R. of the White Earth Nation in Northern Minnesota. The Barrette is 4 1/2. inches long and 3 inches wide and flexible. The white background with a flower made of black porcupine quills edged with shiny design is beautifully beaded with seed beads around porcupine quills. The backing is black leather. The beaded wooden stick is 6 inches long.
