This 64 inch blond Diamond Willow staff is elegantly carved and beautifully finished. The braided leather strap goes through a natural open slot toward the top of the staff. About 1 1/2 inch diameter. Very strong but being Willow, weighs only 36 ounces.
This staff was made by John Butcher. John is a Pine Point tribal artisan who lives of the White Earth Nation Reservation in Northern Minnesota.
